Beyond Static SEO Rules
Traditional SEO tools apply the same rules to every page. Title tag under 60 chars. Meta description under 155 chars. Keyword density between 1-3%.
CRO9 is different. It learns what works for your specific content, audience, and niche — then adapts.
The 6 Action Buckets
CRO9 classifies every ranking opportunity into one of 6 buckets:
| Bucket | Condition | Action | |---|---|---| | CTR_FIX | Good position, low CTR | Rewrite title + meta | | STRIKING_DISTANCE | Position 11-20, rising | Push content, add schema | | RELEVANCE_REBUILD | Dropping position | Major content refresh | | POSITION_CLIMB | Position 4-10, stable | Internal links + freshness | | SCHEMA_UPGRADE | Missing structured data | Add JSON-LD | | THIN_CONTENT | Low word count, high bounce | Expand with real value |
Thompson Sampling
For each bucket, CRO9 routes the content generation task to one of 4 AI models: Claude, GPT-4, Gemini, or Llama. But it doesn't pick randomly — it uses Thompson Sampling.
Thompson Sampling is a Bayesian algorithm that balances exploration (trying different models) with exploitation (using the model that performs best). It is the same algorithm Netflix uses for recommendations and Google uses for ad optimization.
How it works:Over time, the system converges on the best model for each action type — while still occasionally exploring alternatives in case something has changed.
Adaptive Weights
CRO9 also learns which scoring factors matter most for your site:
These weights start equal and adjust based on which factors best predict ranking improvements.
