AI business automation

AI that does the work you shouldn't have to

We replace repetitive work — lead follow-up, scheduling, support replies, data entry, reporting — with AI agents connected to the tools you already use, with guardrails and a human in the loop.

Why it matters

Every manual workflow is a person you'd have to hire to grow.

Leads wait in an inbox, quotes go out late, the same questions get answered by hand every day. AI agents with access to your real tools take that work off your plate — and hand anything unusual to a person.

How it works

From first conversation to results

  1. 1Day 1–3

    Operations audit

We map every manual workflow worth automating and score each one by hours saved and revenue impact. You see the math before we build.

  2. 2Day 4–7

    Agent design

Each workflow becomes an agent with a defined goal, a tool list, guardrails and a failure plan, tested against your real data.

  3. 3Week 2

    Build + integrate

Agents go live against your CRM, email, calendar and billing, built on 0nMCP so they work with what you already use.

  4. 4Week 2–3

    Observability + handoff

A live view of every run — what it did, which tools it called. Your team learns to read it in one short session.

  5. 5Day 30–60

    Refine in production

Real use surfaces edge cases. We tune, add tool calls and fix anything brittle.

  6. 6Month 2+

    Add the next agent

Once one agent pays back, we layer the next on the same foundation.

Questions

The honest answers

What is AI business automation, exactly?

Replacing repetitive manual workflows — lead qualification, support replies, invoice reconciliation, content, scheduling — with AI agents that have access to your real business tools (CRM, email, calendar, billing).

How is this different from Zapier or Make?

Zapier and Make are if-this-then-that, and they break when data doesn't fit. AI agents read each input, decide what to do, call the right tools and escalate when unsure.

What if the AI agent makes a mistake?

Every agent ships with a defined goal, hard guardrails (for example, never delete a contact or charge a card without confirmation), an escalation path to a human, and a complete log of every action.

Do I need a developer to maintain it?

No. Every agent comes with a plain-English playbook — its goal, the dashboard, when to step in. If your team can use a CRM, they can manage it.

What's 0nMCP?

Our own orchestrator — a Model Context Protocol server that gives an AI agent access to the business tools it needs. We build it and maintain it, so the integration work is already done.
